Online Enrollment is for NEW students. Parents of returning students complete the Data Confirmation in the Parent Portal. Data Confirmation will open at the end of July for the 2017-2018 school year.
Charter Oak Online Enrollment allows you to quickly start the process of enrolling a brand new student for school. Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical and language information will be collected. Upon completion, a message is sent to the school site. The site office staff will then need all required documentation to finish the enrollment process.
To get started registering a new student, click the Enroll a New Student button.
If you would like to resume where you left off, reprint or review students previously registered click the Login button. (Please note that this AIR system is different from Parent Portal.)
If you do not have access to the internet, you may bring your student enrollment information and visit one of the following location to use a computer and printer.
